In short
On 3 September 2026 Salesforce announced three new editions, Core, Advanced and Max, which take the place of Enterprise, Unlimited and Agentforce 1 on its price list. In Spain they cost €195, €395 and €550 per user per month at list price, billed annually. If you're on Enterprise or Unlimited today, Salesforce keeps your price, but it hasn't said how long you'll be able to renew on your edition. Core costs 11% more than Enterprise and Advanced 13% more than Unlimited.
What changed
Salesforce has rebuilt its Sales Cloud and Service Cloud price list. The familiar editions are gone from the list for new customers. In their place are three bundles that already include Agentforce, its AI agent layer.
| Before | Price | Now | Price | Change | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Enterprise | $175 | Core | $195 | €195 | +11% |
| Unlimited | $350 | Advanced | $395 | €395 | +13% |
| Agentforce 1 | $550 | €550 | Max | $550 | Same |
List price per user per month, billed annually. Old editions in US dollars (Salesforce no longer lists them). New editions in euros as shown on salesforce.com/es, which shows the same figure in dollars. Starter Suite (€25) and Pro Suite (€100) are unchanged.
What each edition includes
All three come with Agentforce built in, plus Slack and Tableau Next. The main differences are support and the pool of Flex Credits, the unit AI agents consume every time they do something.
- Core: 500,000 Flex Credits per year per org.
- Advanced: 1,000,000 Flex Credits per year per org.
- Max: roughly 2.75 million Flex Credits per year per org.
Two details worth reading twice. Credits are per org, not per user. And they expire at the end of each contract year: what you don't use doesn't roll over, and what you use beyond the pool is billed separately.
What happens if you're on Enterprise or Unlimited today
Salesforce says pricing on legacy editions stays the same for existing customers. What it hasn't said is how long they can be renewed. So the advice is the same for everyone: if you want to keep your edition and your price, ask for it in writing before your notice deadline.
An example with numbers
40 users on Core pay €93,600 a year at list price (40 × €195 × 12). The same 40 users on Enterprise paid $84,000 at list. The difference, about 9,600 a year, mostly pays for AI and analytics you may not use.
What if you had Agentforce 1?
According to Salesforce, Agentforce 1 customers can move to Max at no extra cost. Max costs the same (€550 per user per month) and includes 2.75 million Flex Credits a year per org. Ask for it in writing at renewal.
Do you need what Core brings?
That's the real question. If your team uses Salesforce for accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities and a handful of reports, the increase mostly pays for AI and analytics you weren't using. If you already worked with Agentforce or paid for Einstein separately, the bundle may be worth it.
Before you accept the proposal, check three numbers in your org: how many users log in each week, which objects are in use, and how many Flows are still active. The 30-minute audit has the queries to pull them.
What to do before you renew
- Find your contract end date and your non-renewal notice period in your Order Form.
- Ask in writing whether you can renew on your current edition, and at what price.
- Negotiate a cap on annual increases. Without one, your renewal can go up a lot.
- Right-size your licenses to the users who actually log in.
- Run the numbers on the alternative with your figures, not the ones in the proposal.
FAQ
Am I forced to move to Core or Advanced?
Not right away. Existing contracts stay as they are until renewal. At renewal, Salesforce may quote you the new editions, so negotiate early if you want to stay on yours.
Do Flex Credits roll over from year to year?
No. They expire at the end of each 12-month period and can't be moved to another org. Usage beyond the pool is billed separately.
How much does Core cost in euros?
€195 per user per month at list price, billed annually, according to Salesforce's Spanish pricing page (November 2026). Advanced costs €395 and Max €550. What you actually pay depends on the discount in your Order Form.
Are Starter Suite and Pro Suite going up too?
No. They stay at $25 and $100 per user per month at list price.
