What is 2Q Technologies?
2Q Technologies builds custom CRMs for companies that want to leave Salesforce. We start from our own base that already includes everything standard in Salesforce, adapt it to how your team works, migrate your data with its full history and deliver it in about 6 weeks. You pay once, and the CRM, the code and the data are yours.
Do you build every CRM from scratch?
No. We start from a base CRM built specifically to replace Salesforce and tested with many clients. It includes the standard objects (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products, quotes, cases, campaigns and activities), users, roles and permissions. In each project we only build what is specific: custom fields, custom objects and automations.
Can AI agents connect to the CRM?
Yes, with open access. The CRM has an open, MCP compatible API, so you can connect ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or your own agents to query and update data. You do not pay per agent, per conversation or per credit.
Does the CRM integrate with email, phone and WhatsApp?
Yes. Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages are logged on each customer record. You use the providers you already have or the ones you prefer and connect them with no extra charges: they do not need to be Salesforce products.
How much does a custom CRM from 2Q Technologies cost?
It is a one-time payment that depends on scope: users, modules, integrations and the volume of data to migrate. One-time payment from €25,000. There are no monthly or annual fees. The CRM runs in your own cloud, with a marginal hosting cost you pay directly to the provider, and if you want, we maintain it with a minimal, optional plan.
How much do you save by leaving Salesforce?
In our cases, between 84% and 89% of the Salesforce cost over 3 years. A distribution company with 85 users went from €202,300 a year on Salesforce to a one-time payment of €64,000: €542,900 saved over 3 years. The investment usually pays for itself in under 6 months.
How long does it take to migrate from Salesforce to 2Q Technologies?
Between 5 and 8 weeks, depending on the size of the org. We build the new CRM in parallel, migrate the data and validate it with your team before switching anything off. Salesforce keeps running until the last day, and sales never stop.
What happens to my Salesforce data and history?
It is migrated in full: accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, emails, files, quotes and field history. We export with the Bulk API, preserve the relationships between records and validate the counts object by object with your team.
Can I keep my integrations with the ERP, email and other tools?
Yes. We connect the CRM to your ERP (SAP, Holded, Odoo and others), Gmail or Outlook, Slack, Stripe, your website and your marketing tool. It also has a REST API and webhooks for any new connection.
Who owns the CRM when it is finished?
You do. The code is in your repository, the application in your cloud and the data in your database. There is no license and no lock-in: if one day you want another team to maintain it, you hand it over as is.
What if I need changes later?
Your tech team, any developer or we (with an optional maintenance plan) can make them. A new field or report takes hours, not a partner quote.
Can the CRM have AI features?
Yes: account summaries, contact enrichment, email drafts or smart alerts, connected to the AI model of your choice. You pay for usage directly to the model provider, with no credits, editions or per-org pools.
When is leaving Salesforce not worth it?
When you have hundreds of users across several countries with very different processes, depend on critical AppExchange packages with no alternative, or make heavy use of Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Agentforce with a measurable return. If that is your case, we will tell you during discovery.
When should I start if I want to leave Salesforce?
About three months before the non-renewal notice deadline your contract sets. The project takes 5 to 8 weeks, so you have time for a parallel run with Salesforce, validation and giving notice on time.
