We spent 15 years implementing Salesforce. That's how we know when it's too much.

This isn't a campaign against Salesforce. It's what we've seen from the inside.

From the inside

We started as certified Salesforce consultants more than 15 years ago. We've implemented Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Account Engagement and Experience Cloud. We've written Apex, designed Flows, migrated entire orgs and lived through more than 40 releases.

We know the platform inside out. And we respect it: it's an impressive piece of engineering.

Who we are.

Two partners who complement each other: one comes from technology, the other from leading sales teams. We are both on every project, from the first meeting to training the last user.

What we saw

The pattern kept repeating. Year one, excitement: anything is possible. Year two, a partner invoice for every change. Year three, the team goes back to Excel and Salesforce becomes the place where you report, not where you work.

In almost every org we audited, the daily work fit into a small part of what they were paying for: accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, a few custom objects and a handful of Flows. The rest was licenses, add-ons and configuration nobody dared to touch.

Salesforce is built for every company at once. And you pay for all of them.

What changed

For years, the alternative to Salesforce was worse: a six-month custom build, expensive and fragile. Recommending Salesforce was the sensible choice.

That's no longer true. With our own proven core and AI-assisted development, building a CRM for a specific process takes weeks, not months. It costs well under half. And because it's built for how your team works, they use it.

What we stand for now.

A CRM should look like the way you work.

If your team adapts to the tool, adoption drops. If the tool adapts to your team, they use it.

Nobody should pay per user.

Every person who logs into the CRM adds data. Charging a license for that penalizes exactly what you want to happen.

The code and the data are yours.

In your cloud and in your repository. If you leave one day, you take everything with you.

A change is not a project.

A new field takes an afternoon, not a quote or a bank of hours.

When we'll tell you to stay on Salesforce.

It happens. If that's your case, we'll tell you during discovery, with the same numbers we use to tell others the opposite.

  • You have hundreds of users across several countries, with very different processes.
  • You depend on critical AppExchange packages that have no alternative.
  • You use Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Agentforce heavily and get a return you can measure.
  • Your team uses it well and what you pay is worth it.

Run the numbers with us.

If staying is worth it, we'll tell you. If not, we'll tell you how much you save.
