This is how you migrate off Salesforce. In 5 or 6 weeks.

Phases with dates and deliverables. Your team keeps working in Salesforce until switchover Monday.

All we need from you

A read-only user

With API permissions. No admin passwords.

One person, 3 hours a week

Someone who knows your processes and signs off on each demo.

Access to your integrations

API credentials for your ERP and everything else, in a secure vault.

Week by week.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery of your org

    What we do

We read your org from its metadata: Object Manager, actual usage of every field, Record Types, page layouts, Flows, triggers, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and role hierarchy. We talk to 3 or 4 people who use it every day.

    What you get

A full inventory of the org, a process map and a fixed scope: what gets migrated, what stays out and what it costs.

    What you do

Give us a read-only user and 4 hours of your team's time for the interviews.

  2. Weeks 2 and 3

    Build

    What we do

We build your CRM on our core: your objects and only the fields you actually use, screens by role, permissions that match your profiles, automations that replace your Flows and triggers, and the reports you really look at.

    What you get

A clickable test environment from the first Friday. A demo every Friday.

    What you do

Sign off on each demo. One hour a week.

  3. Week 4

    Data and integrations

    What we do

We use Bulk API 2.0 to extract accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, products and price books, cases, Tasks and Events, notes and files. We remove duplicates, normalize picklists and keep the Salesforce ID of every record. We reconnect the ERP and everything else via API.

    What you get

A load report per object: records in the source, migrated and discarded, with the reason.

    What you do

Review a sample of records and sign off on it.

  4. Week 5

    Parallel run and testing

    What we do

Every day we sync whatever changes in Salesforce. Your team tests with real cases in parallel and we adjust whatever they ask for.

    What you get

The list of acceptance tests, signed off by each team.

    What you do

Have 2 or 3 people per team use it for real.

  5. Week 6

    Go-live

    What we do

Final load over the weekend, a 45-minute training session per team and the switchover on Monday. We stay with you for the first two weeks. Salesforce stays read-only until the contract ends.

    What you get

Your CRM in production, the documentation, the code in your repository and a draft of the non-renewal notice.

    What you do

Send the notice to Salesforce on time. We'll tell you when.

You don't lose a single record. And we prove it.

Every load ends with a report per object: how many records were in Salesforce, how many were migrated and why the rest were discarded. Opportunity history, activities, files, Field History and original owners included.
