What data we process when you use this website, why, and how to exercise your rights.
Who processes your data

What data we process and why
- Contact form (Let's talk): name, email, company, which CRM you have, your message and how you prefer to talk. We use it to reply and prepare the conversation you ask for.
- Simulator, calculator and estimator: if you ask for the result in writing, your name, email and the answers you gave in the tool. We use them to prepare and send you the plan or estimate.
- Newsletter: your email, to send you our guides. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to marc@2quarks.com.
- Visit origin: with each form we store the page you landed on, the form page, the referring website and campaign parameters (UTM), to learn which content is useful.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you use the tools, your device and browser type and your approximate city or country, linked to a random identifier. It doesn't give us your name or email.
We don't use your data for automated decisions or profiling, and we don't sell it or share it with third parties for their advertising.
Legal basis
- Replying to your requests and sending what you ask for: pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent when you submit the form (Article 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
- Newsletter: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Visit origin on forms: our legitimate interest in knowing which content brings in enquiries (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
- Analytics with Google Analytics: your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie notice (Article 6.1.a GDPR and Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI).
How long we keep it
For as long as the relationship lasts or as needed to handle your request, and then for the periods required by law. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your data, we do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Who else can access it
Only the technology providers we need to run the website: hosting and database (Lovable and Supabase), email delivery and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). They act as data processors, under contract and only on our instructions. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at marc@2quarks.com or by letter to our address, saying which right you want to exercise. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies and storage in your browser
We only use analytics cookies, from Google Analytics, and only if you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit. If you reject them, none are set. We don't use advertising cookies.
- _ga: Google Analytics, tells visitors apart with a random identifier. Lasts 2 years.
- _ga_K2KTD5XYEG: Google Analytics, keeps the state of the visit. Lasts 2 years.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the footer, or delete cookies from your browser.
We also store in your browser, without cookies, what features you use need: your cookie choice, your chosen language, your checklist progress and the page you landed on, which is only sent to us if you fill in a form.
