How much does Salesforce cost in 2026: the full bill, not just the licence

Salesforce list prices in 2026 by edition, plus the rest of the bill: add-ons, partner, in-house admin and point tools. With a 40-user example.

In short

The license is just the first line. At list price, Salesforce runs from $25 to $550 per user per month depending on the edition. The real cost adds add-ons, the partner or consultancy, the in-house admin and the tools you pay for separately. In a 40-user company, the license is usually only a little over half the total.

List prices by edition

EditionPer user per monthBest for
Starter Suite€25Very small teams getting started
Pro Suite€100SMBs with simple processes and few integrations
Core (formerly Enterprise, $175)€195The standard edition for mid-sized companies
Advanced (formerly Unlimited, $350)€395More support, sandboxes and capacity
Max (formerly Agentforce 1)€550Everything included, with more AI

Billed annually. Spain list prices, checked on 2 November 2026. Contracts signed before then keep their edition and price until renewal.

The full bill, line by line

1. Licenses

Users times price times 12 months, minus your discount. Your discount depends on volume, term and when you sign. You'll find it in your Order Form.

2. Add-ons and other clouds

Everything outside the edition: CPQ or Revenue Cloud for quotes, Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) for marketing, Experience Cloud for portals, Field Service for technicians, Shield for encryption and auditing, Data Cloud, extra sandboxes or storage. Some are charged per user, some per org and some as a percentage of what you pay in licenses.

3. Partner or consultancy

Almost no mid-sized company runs Salesforce on its own. There's a bank of hours or a monthly fee with a partner for changes, incidents and releases. It's the line that grows the most without anyone signing off on it.

4. In-house admin

One person, or part of someone's time, dedicated to users, permissions, reports and Flows. It doesn't show up on the Salesforce invoice, but it's a Salesforce cost.

5. Point tools

Contact enrichment, email sequences, call recording, e-signature, surveys. What the team needs and pays for separately because it wasn't included, or only came with a higher edition.

6. Renewal increases

Without a cap on increases in your contract, your renewal can arrive with a significant price hike. And since September 2026, the proposal may come in Core or Advanced, which cost more than Enterprise or Unlimited.

Example: 40 users on Enterprise

Line itemPer year
Licenses: 40 users at €175 with a 15% discount€71,400
Partner: €1,200 a month bank of hours€14,400
Half-time in-house admin€26,000
Point tools: enrichment and sequences€7,800
Total€119,600

The license is 60% of the bill. It's the number everyone looks at, and the one that explains the least about the cost. For this example we use the list figure in euros as an approximation.

If your renewal moves you to Core, the licence line becomes €79,560 a year: 40 users at €195 with the same 15% discount. That's €8,160 more a year and €24,480 more over 3 years, for the same people doing the same work.

How to calculate yours

Gather five data points: users with a full license, edition, discount, what you pay your partner and the add-ons in your contract. With that, the calculator gives you the 3-year cost and what a custom CRM with the same processes would cost.

FAQ

Does Salesforce have euro pricing?

Yes, there's a euro rate for Europe, but the final price depends on your negotiated discount. Your Order Form is the reference.

Can you negotiate Salesforce pricing?

Yes. Term, volume, time of year and having a real alternative all play a part. Having that alternative already costed out is your best leverage.

How much does a Salesforce admin cost in Spain?

It depends on the city and experience. In our calculator we use €52,000 a year in total employer cost as a reference for an in-house hire.

Is per-user pricing unavoidable?

With Salesforce, yes. With your own CRM, you pay once and it is yours: no monthly or annual fees and no per-user cost.

How much does Salesforce cost per user?

Between €25 and €550 per user per month at Spanish list price, by edition: Starter Suite €25, Pro Suite €100, Core €195, Advanced €395 and Max €550, billed annually. Add-ons, partner fees and AI usage come on top.
